Department of Child Support Services

Department of child support services - Repairing The Child  Support System in America
Executive summary about department of child support services by Stanley Roberts
There are mothers who also abandon their children and a father has the same problems a mother would. The only exception would be the child support system. A father has a harder time receiving benefits to help his children than a mother would.

Back to point though is the fairness of the child support system to the parents. If a man and woman divorce with a child, the court takes a percentage of the fathers income. Now I am not arguing the point that a father should not support his child. Now, if the state seems to think it takes nearly 25% of the fathers income to support a child how come they pay so little?
Furthermore the father has to provide health insurance for his children. Sure it is , the state gives the mother medicaid and the father gets to reimburse the state for the costs of any services rendered.
That is unless the mother needs a break or the child is trouble for the mother. At which point she does not relinquish custody but lets the child stay with the father daily.
The best way to curb abuse of the child support system is quite simple really. I do not care if the father has to work two jobs or more and I do not care if the mother has no social life and has to work for minimum wage. Not the parents.
